At UrbanDrip, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Returns are only applicable for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during sales or discount offers.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or regular wear.
- Customized or limited-edition products.
Exchange Policy
We provide size exchange if the requested size is available in stock.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days after delivery.
- Customers may need to bear shipping charges for exchanges.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed if:
- The product received is damaged or incorrect.
- Replacement is unavailable.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product photos
- Unboxing video (recommended)
